Cancellation Policy
A notice of 24 hours is kindly requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a 50% service fee. Thank you for understanding and for helping maintain a calm elevated experience for every guest at Ethereal Esthetics.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of severe weather closures initiated by Ethereal Esthetics.
Clients may also reschedule without penalty if travel conditions are unsafe.
